Man Arrested in Fatal Elevator Accident

I think you can file this under "Justice Gone Mad"

Actually, I think once the 'justice' part of the process begins, or the "Order" in "Law and Order" takes place, the case will be thrown out. In the meantime, the poor guy will be treated like a felon and a murderer while the travesty that is the legal process runs its course.

Two people are having a fight in a trendy nightclub. One man tries to break up the fight. In the process he pushes another man into some elevator doors. The elevator doors open up, or fall off their track and the man falls four floors to his death.

Would any rational person think this man intended to do the other man harm, or by his action or inaction caused this man's death? How would anyone EVER be able to imagine that an elevator's doors would open by simply shoving someone against them? The person who should be charged with negligence resulting in death is the building's super or the elevator inspector. Ridiculous.
