I've always been a fan of things that go against the norm. Business cards do not have to be rectangles. CDs do not have to be round or as large as they are. The coolest thing I've seen in that regard is a business card shaped CD.

MINT offers the mint credit card that has the lower right corner rounded off. It looks pretty cool. They offer credit cards and gift cards.
